CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you’re unable to make your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to the full price of the scheduled service. Running late? We’re happy to hold your appointment for up to 10 minutes. Out of respect for our other guests, however, we may need to cancel your appointment and apply the applicable late-cancellation fee if you arrive after this grace period.
